EXHIBITION
2026

‘BOOK?’ explores the question: What does it mean to read a book? At a time when digital media continues to reshape how we interact with the physical world, the exhibition raises a series of questions about the gestures, behaviours, and sensibilities involved in the act of reading. How are the size, shape, and texture of a book determined, and how do these elements affect our reading experience? What if a familiar softcover magazine were presented as a luxurious hardcover volume? What if a book refused to close its pages? Through a series of books emerging from simple questions and quiet speculation, the exhibition offers a chance to reconsider the nature of the book from multiple perspectives—not out of nostalgia, but as a way to reflect on the act of reading itself, and the sensibilities it awakens.
